Just seen a piccie on facebook showing Llanberis high street completely flooded, is it an older picture or is it really badly flooded at the mo?

If so, hope folks are ok!

Wouldn't be surprised - Capel Curig had 40mm of rain between midnight and 2pm.
Hope everyone is safe.

I heard they had bad weather but I didn't realise it was as bad as that, looks pretty dire.
As you said, hope everyone is safe.

We just need a mahoosive freeze now!

Only messing, I'm due up there next weekend with a sizeable group of kids and staff. We had planned on taking groups onto the hills (Climbing, walking and MTBing) hope the weather improves or we'll be spending more time at HMS Indefatigable than we'd planned!

In reply to Denni: It's chaos here in north Wales. A55 and A5 closed, Llanberis is supposed to be almost impossible to get through. Traffic backed up all the way through Bangor.

In reply to Mike Peacock:

Seeing the photos Mike, looks bloody horrendous and apparently knee deep round Petes Eats end of the street.

Hope everyone's safe and it subsides quickly.
