I am 6ft 7 and need a good pair of softshell trousers (need? need? want)for a trip to scotland this Xmas (Melvaig and Gairloch)

Can anyone tell me where I might be able to find a pair with an extra long leg? Need 36 inch inside leg and a 32/34 waist?

Buget of about 80 quid

I'm 6' 7" with a 34-35" waist, 36" inseam. Plenty of people will recommend Haglofs or Arcteryx Long sizes but I have found these are still not long enough, especially if you want to wear them under a harness that will hoik them up. Mammut Castor pants were good but too hard to find and expensive.
