 Topic - Scarpa Phantom Guide vs Ultra

How big of a difference between the two? I am always keen on a lightweight option ... but looking for a boot for waterfall climbing, goulotte on mont blanc, north faces at winter-spring time - the Ultra does the trick or better go for the heavier, more insulated Guide? I have a lighter boot for summer stuff
