Hey all,
In January I'm doing the Anglesey Endurancelife Ultra, and I decided that I would try and raise a bit of money for Mountain Rescue as well. If anyone feels like sponsoring them then I've made a Just Giving page so you can put in however much you want and if you pay tax then by clicking the Gift Aid box you can get the government to pay a little extra towards it too.
It's a great cause to sponsor, I hope you'll never need them but if the proverbial hits the fan then its nice to know the big yellow bird is on its way to save you!
Here's the link to the page:

Cheers all,

A good cause, and one I hope you get loads of support with! It might be worth noting that the money you raise for MRE&W doesn't have ANYTHING to do with the 'big yellow helicopter' - that's the RAF who MR ask for assistance (simplified version).

Thanks for clearing that up. Either way a good cause with the same outcome of hopefully getting a person in dire straits off the mountain.
