Looking for a [preferably free] phone app or youtube video style workout that I can run from my phone after going for a run to do 7-10 minutes of core/abs stuff.

I know all the moves etc that I 'should' do, but find it much easier to just play a dvd or similar, want something I dont have to put laptop on for, which would massively increase the likelihood of actually doing it ! Got basic equipment at home, swiss ball and roller, just need a bit of motivational help.

What do you recommend ?

Have a look on the men's fitness or men's health websites, they have routines focused on a particular area such as core and often have videos too

The Nike Training App is pretty good you can choose between 4 categories:
Get Lean, Get Toned, Get Strong or Get Focused with workouts ranging in time from 15 minutes to 45 minutes.
In the Get Focused there is a 15 minute Core Crunch and the only equipment you need is a medicine ball (however you can do it without).
Hope that helps
