Looking for a [preferably free] phone app or youtube video style workout that I can run from my phone after going for a run to do 7-10 minutes of core/abs stuff.
I know all the moves etc that I 'should' do, but find it much easier to just play a dvd or similar, want something I dont have to put laptop on for, which would massively increase the likelihood of actually doing it ! Got basic equipment at home, swiss ball and roller, just need a bit of motivational help.
What do you recommend ?
