 Topic - Gore Windstopper Active Shell?

Does anyone know the hydrostatic head and breathability data for Gore Windstopper Active Shell material?
I'm choosing between a few PrimaLoft items for upcoming Winter trips, and am wondering how the Gore material measures up against ME DriLite Loft II or Pertex Quantum of the rivals for waterproofness. I know an insulated layer will never have the resistance of a shell, but I'm looking for the least worry when choosing my layer.
Any knowledge or experience about this, or it's durability vs the others would be greatly appreciated.
