 Topic - Repairing Terra Nova pole? (snapped shock cord)

After getting stuck near Applecross last week in a wee bit of bad weather, I've managed to snap the shock cord in one of my Quasar's poles when removing it from the sleeve.
Can I just order a length of shock cord and rethread it?
If so, does anyone have any recommendations for decent shock cord to use?
