DMM will be heading down to The Outdoors Show at London's ExCeL Exhibition Centre from Thursday 17th to Sunday 20th January. There'll be plenty going on and of course it's a chance to have a close-up look at our latest Made in Wales hardware and talk to the team behind the range.
Here is an outline of what DMM has on offer during the Show.
• Free AMI Workshops: Trust Your Anchor, Now Get Out of That, and Winter Climbing Coaching.*
• Free Technique Masterclasses with DMM Team Climbers Lucy Creamer, Libby Peter and Ben Bransby.*
• Have a go at carabiner assembly and if you can do it quicker than our own Master or rather Mistress of the craft, Medwen, youíll win a prize ñ a popular challenge.
• Beacon Climbing will be there with their Crazy Climb. Come and have a go!
• Nick Bullock will be on the stand signing his new highly acclaimed book, Echoes.
• Tanwen the Tensile Tester will be along with us. See our tensile tester in action. Bring along your old unwanted carabiners for us to break and discover their breaking strength.
• DMM Team climbers Lucy Creamer, Libby Peter, Ben Bransby, Nick Bullock and Gaz Parry will be on the stand to offer advice and sign posters.
• Bring along your most interesting piece of old gear and the one that captures our Technical Director's attention the most will win a prize.
