It'd be a bit cold at Christmas I'd have thought, Neil? That's the only time I've ever been to JT and it was glacial even in the sun!

Too hard for me currently. I'm really sketchy on the thin 10.b stuff obviously required for the 1st pitch. Time to improve yet though.

It was the whole thread I'd intended to link. I wasn't aware of the 'interesting' history and there is so much more... lovely photography. Great anecdotes and a noticeable absence of the chaff such threads can gather.
