and it looks really interesting and helpful, but I'm missing some additional guidelines.
Could anyone suggest when such treatment should be performed, after workout (when we are well warmed-up) or on rest days?
If on rest days, is it a good idea/necessary to warm-up before this treatment, if yes, what such warm-up should be?
