I was climbing for a week at froggatt edge and stanage edge with two friends one of whom could climb E5 on a good day.We were all failing on climbs we would normally cruise up. In the ned we realised we were dehydrated! We had been drinking too little water and going to the pub
at night and even though we were drinking lightly (not getting drunk)
this must have made things worse.Has anyone else ever felt they were underperforming through dehydration even though they did not feel like they needed to drink water.
