How deep was the snow? thinking of heading up there tomorrow to take some photies of the woolpacks.
In reply to deacondeacon: Not very deep really... a few places where it had drifted but pretty much an even covering of 3-4 inches maybe

Ah cheers, went up anyway and it was a lovely day. Pretty quiet up there too. quite tricky to navigate the groughs from the downfall to Crowden Tower when they're covered in snow.
