Topic - Good proteins and fats

Ok folks, rather than start a new thread every time I think of something else to add to my increased protein and good fat intake I would rather get a definitive list from you knowledgeable cretins. Im cutting out the crap and trying to increase good stuff whilst not starving myself. So do please add the the lists below:

>Good proteins
Chicken breast
Protein shakes
Semi skimmed milk
Cottage cheese
Peas and other pulses
Lean beef (steak etc)
White fish - cod, etc
Tuna
Oily fish - salmon, trout, mackerel
Fresh nuts

>Good fats
Avacado
Cod liver oil
Uncooked olive oil (+ other non cooking vegetable oils such as sesame etc)
Fresh nuts
