Cheviots snow conditions?

Any one know what the snow cover is like in the Cheviots now after today's snowfall? Enough cover for skiing without trashing skis?

We're about 30 miles SW of there and I could ski for miles so I would imagine you'd be ok.

In reply to Rodmoly: That is a beautiful video. Great effort. Worth entering into Kendal Film Festival I reckon, better than lots of the films they showed last year.
