 Topic - Walking around Interlaken

I have just over half a day for a mountain walk in a couple of weeks time between meetings and a lot of cheese. Does anyone with local knowledge have any suggestions as my summer AC Guide is not much help. Will have access to a car to get about.
I probably won't be able to manage to take crampons, but will have axe and big boots.
