Some good deals - just wondering about the pros and cons? I've seen something which will save me over a 100 quid on a 400 quid deal.

I bought an underwater camera from a firm that appeared to be based in the UK, but turned out to be based in Hong Kong. This was from their website though, not Ebay. When it leaked like a sieve they prevaricated for several months & I ended up getting a full refund from my credit card company as they never came up with a solution.
On their website were lots of praises on their price & speedy delivery, but on looking further lots of complaints about their customer service in light of problems.
My worries are if there are any problems what comeback do you have.

In reply to Enty: There are always risks when buying from Hong Kong or China.

Sometimes you can get a great deal on a genuine item, but remember, HK & China are counterfeit central, and the old adage 'if it's to good to be true' applies more than ever here.
