Can anyone recommend one? Still trying to figure out if I've damaged a tendon or just pulled a muscle yesterday

We did have Jo who was a semi-resident physio, but I think she's off on a ski season at the moment. Alright for some. I'll ask around for you and let you know.

Alas yes. Brutal two finger pocket undercut on the rightmost blue boulder problem... or just bad technique!
