Some images from Brown Cove Crags and Helvellyn yesterday.

The snow is holding up well,especially in the gullies, it was a little soft in the afternoon as the temperature rose but a good freeze in the next day or 2 will sort that out nicely. Watch out for the ice under a thin layer of snow on the tops. I went "a" over "t" a couple of times LOL. Red tarn Cove looks very nice at the moment but didn't venture onto the crags so couldn't comment on their condition. There were quite a few groups out there so would assume it was in good fettle.
