British-born climber appointed U.S. Secretary of Interior

I don't think anyone else has mentioned it, so someone might be interested in the fact that the newly appointed U.S. Secretary of the Interior, Sally Jewell, is said to be a pretty experienced mountaineer as well as being British born (although moved to the US when very young). She's also the former head of REI, the huge US outdoor coop chain.
