2013 marks our 17th year of Alpine Courses. We are committed to developing competent, rounded and self-sufficient Alpinists. Our programme of courses is one of the most extensive available in the Alps. No other Alpine Courses provider also offers the range of worldwide mountaineering expeditions, ski mountaineering and Adventure Ski trips that we do.

We have a structured series of both ‘instructional’ and ‘mountaineering’ courses, to suit all levels of Alpinists, from complete beginners to those aiming to lead Alpine Grades AD and above.

This summer, we have a new series of instructional courses - our 'Alpine Techniques' programme:

Introductory Alpine Techniques – Level 1
Our “Alpine Introduction” introduces newcomers to the Alpine environment, teaching them the fundamental skills of alpine mountaineering.
Course Base: Arolla, Switzerland. 6 days instruction £1,195

Alpine Techniques – Level 2
Build on existing climbing and mountaineering skills, through both teaching and practice. The course is designed to turn you into a fully-fledged, independent mountaineer.
Course Base: Chamonix, France. 6 days instruction £1,610
