/ Recommended pack for fell running/ ultra marathons
Feels good having the main weight (water) around the hips not on my back.
I'd get a couple if you can stretch to it. A little OMM bumbag does me for most fell and ultras with well-stocked stops. I also have a 15L OMM that I haven't used that much but is really stable and good for running - waist and chest straps and cinches down nicely. Overnight folk tend to use something between 20 and 30L depending how comfy they want to be :)

Would be worried about the suction required to get the water in to my mouth esp. If I'd been working hard.
