Gloves tucked into jacket or overlapped?

I've seen many people adopt both methods for wearing gloves, whats your personal preference and why?

Jacket sleeves over the cuff. Less chance of water running down and getting in.

In reply to Jordan_Hollins: Cuff over glove most of the time but I'd have my glove over cuff if winter climbing. Either way to stop snow or rain running down into the join.
