 Topic - Hole in scarpa omegas

Hi,
Did tower ridge last weekend and, whilst in the process, put a crampon point thorough one of my scarpa omegas. ( On top, near big toe ) It's not very big, but has gone all the way through.
Any ideas how I can fill said hole?
