Hi guys,

I am new to the whole climbing experience. I attended two introductory lessons at the Mile End climbing wall and I LOVED IT!
I was hoping to get some suggestions on best climbing walls to go to in London. I am looking for a place with a mixture of professional climbers and beginners, with opportunities to attend competitions and climbing trips (in the future)....any suggestion, recommendations etc.welcomed!

thanks!

In reply to Elena: have a look on the BMc website to find local London clubs then look at their web sites to get an idea of what they do.
Good luck.

Hi Elena... Welcome of course, I am a member of Herts & Essex climbing club which is based at Harlow climbing wall and we climb in and around London. Regularly

The Best climbing wall to me is The Reach in Woolwich great people relaxed plenty of variety all the way from top rope slab climbing up to lead overhangs.

Or you have The Castle Climbing Centre which is again a great place to go its in the Finsbury park area
