Will be in Tokyo starting March 29 until April 7th - would love to get out of the city for one day and do some bouldering/rock climbing there.

Has anybody been there? Or know climbers in Tokyo?

For a day of bouldering Mitake is the easiest option from Tokyo. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mitake_rock_climbing
In April the weather will be good and there are always plenty of people around to climb with, especially in the weekends.
Sawanoi brewery at Sawai, within walking distance from Mitake, is a good option to finish your day with some nice food and great sake.
