Looking to buy a pair of half ropes

Which ones do you rate or slate, ?

I've got DMM prophets. I've used them for trad and Scottish Winter- nice ropes. Lovely handling, though there is a perception they are on the 'slick' side. I wonder if they kink easily too.

I've also used Mammut Genesis extensively. Great ropes.

In reply to Redsetter: Oh should have said, mainly using them on grit, limestone single pitch and welsh multipitch stuff

Have also got the DMM prophets and use them mainly for Scottish winter/multipitch, they were my first set of half-ropes so don't really have much to compare them to. Everyone i've climbed with seems to quite like them, handle really nicely, dry treatment has worked very well and they still look new after quite a battering. My only gripe is I wish I had bought 50m instead of 60m as the extra 10m only seems useful on the odd occasion, not so much a problem with the rope however!
