/ Good customer service from Crux

I've had some really awful service from a couple of companies recently (nothing to do with climbing), so I wanted to share some good customer service for a change:

I broke a buckle on my Crux AK47-X pack while up in Scotland at the weekend, so I emailed Crux to see if they had any spares, and only 3 days later a brand new buckle arrives in the post - no charge :)

Had similar from lifeventure a few years ago; new flask stopper. It's nice to be valued.
