Portland Land slip

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-dorset-21806314 was at Blacknor South Tuesday between lifeline and well done poppet;where a sizable fissure has opened up on the seaward side of the path. it also appears to have moved and inch away from the face of the cliff

anyway not been a geologist its not possible for me to make a judgement on this as to whether it will get worse or its just slipped a bit

Any informed thoughts? or rants?

Mind you, I'm hoping there is something left of the isle when I get back, it seems to be falling over.

It's the climbers I blame. All that tugging and pulling on the cliffs, this was bound to happen. They might as well take a drill to it all and have done
