 Topic - Waterproofs

Hi all,
I'm looking for a new waterproof for use up the Lake District fells, I currently have a goretex jacket that's a bit bulky so ideally I would like one I could pack away easier in the summer months. I'm currently looking at the paramo velez smock as I have a paramo fuera for running at its brilliant.
Would anyone recommend the velez or is there anything better out there for about £180.
