Been away for a few days can anyone tell me if Crowden is still in nick?

In reply to outdoorsperson: I did it on Sunday and it was fine but its been a bit warmer since then and also quite sunny (Crowden is South facing).
If you're looking for Peak ice then I can confirm that Wildboar Clough in Longdendale is still in good nick, I've just climbed it this afternoon. Quicker walk in (if you know where it goes!) and North facing, so well protected from the sun.
A grade harder though.

In reply to outdoorsperson: did it today, water is running behind it it's probably climb able tomoro but it really needs a good freeze. Some idiot wacked it to death. A lot of ice has broken off. The downfall also has running behind it in some places
