There is a (approx) 2ft dia orange ball half way up the nose of the Mot.
Any ideas what for? Just curious.

It's a red nose on The Nose, for Red Nose Day.

I can't remember who did it, but I suspect it's related to the red nose on the Snowdon Lady. I'd imagine it was supposed to have been taken down, but the cold snap hit before it could be recovered.
