DUMBY CLEAN UP WEEKEND
Saturday 20th April and Sunday 21st April. 10am - 4pm.
Please come and show your support for Dumby by lending a hand in getting the place cleaned up along with local people of Dumbarton. The idea is to pick up litter and potentially clear away/cut back some of the vegetation and fencing to get the place looking a little tidier and open up the walk in to allow the police to observe who is there more easily. If you have specific skills that you think will be of benefit then please contact info@theclimbingacademy.com
Hopefully we will have our BBQ set up to make a sociable focal point at which we will sell food and drink at cost and keep the workers fueled up. we'll also have a raffle with some epic prizes from various companies to make it even more enticing to come down and lend a hand.
Things will kick off from 10am on Saturday and Sunday at the water front area beneath the Eagle Boulder where the BBQ will be set up. Some bin bags, gloves etc will be provided but if you could bring your own that would be great. Exact details of what will happen each day will be announced at 10am each day so please come and get involved.

Hey everyone,
we have an awesome opportunity to win some great prizes and to raise some money in support of the rock liaison group which has been set up.
The aim of the group is to make sure the good work continues and that we maintain the relationships that the climbing community has built with the landowners at Dumbarton.
Force ten have kindly donated a helium 200 tent and both GCC and TCA will be giving away a free months pass as prizes.
the tickets are just £1 and can be bought from either of the glasgow walls
