I've been waiting to buy some of the X4 Camalots for a while now. Can't seem to find a UK retailer though (but plenty in the States). Just wondering if anyone knew if they're available in the UK yet, or if not when they will be?

They haven't got them in stock yet - it's an irritating tactic that they've put them on their site IMO.

I see, never looked in to it to much just see them there.

Oh, where in the US can you buy them? Didn't think they were out yet.

Ellis Brigham are stocking them, haven't arrived yet though.

I'm sure most major climbing retailers in the UK will.

EMS aren't alone in this 'tactic'. I was after a pair of Lynx crampons in January when virtually all UK stockists were... out of stock.

I think a good compromise is the websites that list out of in and out of stock gear, but have the stock numbers on the page- like iirc Needlesports.

In reply to chrisprescott: According to BD, the European delivery should arrive mid-May and be in the UK shops shortly after.
