If you are the subject in a photograph where does the copyright lie?
With the photographer or with the subject?
In reply to airbournegrapefruit: If not with the subject, then do they have any rights?

In reply to airbournegrapefruit:
Copyright with the person who created the image (or under exclicit terms of contract of employment or for contracted services) the owner of the media upon which the image was captured.
and no you have no copyright rights... you didn't create the image (copyright is about creation of novel content ...not the content itself)...if you want to limit its use you might argue invasion of privacy AFAIK if the image was not in the public interest.
