Just a quick heads up that there is a fair bit of loose rock above the left hand end of the Upper lift (the area between Canine Crack and Bogger Bob). Some blocks are about portable TV/solo microwave/30 Bulgarian funbags* in size and held in place by some ivy. It was intermittently raining small pebbles and little bits of ivy yesterday so it wouldn't surprise me if some big bits drop!
It also looks like Stranded No More has lost some rock recently from the bits at the bottom so I'd treat that with a little care. I didn't find any loose stuff on it though.
* Delete as appropriate for age and preference.
