in a bit of a sorry state atm... after an awesome spring bouldering spree in the peak recently i managed to fall off tierdrop at ramshaw pretty awkwardly and rupture my ATF ligament and then as a result of being on crutches fall and break my little finger metacarpal (boxers fracture) so am now in a cast too... anyone had either of these injuries and how did you fair come recovery getting back into climbing...
