Pins and needles medical advice?

Recently I have noticed my arms seem to "go to sleep" really easily. I have woken up a few times with a dead arm from sleeping on my side and then had pins and needles. Seems to happen quite easily too easily? Should I keep an eye on it?

In reply to andic: If you get pins and needles without doing anything then go to your Dr. Look up dermatomes for more information.

If you just sleeping on it then its normal.
