Does anybody know what the situation with Pacific Outdoor is? I've had a google & a few old posts on other forums point to them having shut down.
I bought the GF one of their Peak Oyl Lite mats from TK Maxx last Christmas, and the damn thing came apart internally a couple of nights ago, leaving her with a huge lump at the head end of the mat. It's meant to have a lifetime guarantee through Pacific Outdoor, but if I can't get in touch with them, I can't really use it. Take it back to TK if I find the receipt, or am I screwed?
