Didn't quite know which forum to put this in but here goes. So, as you leave the M6 and join the A590 / 1 travelling towards Ambleside there is an outdoor shop on the right hand side of the road which is in a complex of Little Chef, petrol station etc.

It is also near to the signs for Brigsteer.

Can anyone tell me what the outdoor shop is.

Think that you mean LGO which I think stands for Lakes Great Outdoors. It offers a lot of discount clothing.

I've occasionally popped in on my way home from the Lakes. I've never seen another customer in there, ever.
