power endurance and climbing literature/dvds

Hello.

I never get to complete problems but I try to work problems of different grades.

Is working hard moves on hard problems a great way of developing moves?

Is there any way through this and traversing that I can build both strength endurance and power endurance!

Any tips on getting my feet high apart from yoga which I do anyway?

Are the Neil Gresham's DVDs any good?

What about The BMC videos?

Bye

Maybe not, if they're too hard to execute. Might be better to do drills on something a it easier that you can comfortably control

Probably, but I understand a more structured routine (4x4s etc) is likely to be better for strength/power endurance than plain traversing

Looser kecks?

Yes, actually, if you watch a section and then have a go at what he covers

Neil's are probably better for technique, I'd say

Hi JW.

I think it is either lack of focus or a nerve thing.

I think I cannot climb down safely or flank the next move.

Hi nufkin.

What do you mean by drills?

For 4x4s and 3x3s do I need to all the problem.

I can usually get one leg quite high but not the other one.

What are looser kecks? Do you mean kicks?

The hardest problem I have tried is V10 at The Castle but I enjoy long moves on anything above V4.

Bye
