Off to Ogwen/Snowdon area this weekend for some practice for an upcoming trip to the alps. One of the days we want to practice crevasse rescue, prussiking and a bit of abseiling. Can anyone recommend a good and safe location? Ideally looking for a wall 5-10m high with plenty of room and solid belays at the top. Something not far from a road would be good as well. Cheers

In reply to ralphio: clogwyn cyrau above betws y coed. Plenty of space, plenty of anchors (trees and nuts) and pretty quiet.
