Dust inside lens

Hi, I've managed to pick up a sizeable speck of dust inside a canon 15-85mm EFS lens, any recommendations on ho to remove this?

Used this recently when I had same problem (and it was affecting pictures) and it worked a treat. Cannot gaurantee it won't suck your lense off if you have a very powerful hoover though!!!

In reply to Rick Asher: If it's not affecting images (it shouldn't at f/<16), I wouldn't worry about it. Normally there is quite some tolerance for dust specks, especially near the front end of the lens.
However, if the inside of the lens looks like this:
