had a mountain hardwear tent for several years and one of the pole sections has just broken.
It now seems impossible to replace this section without buying a complete new set of poles.
This seems ridiculous. what a waste of resouirces and money when only one section is broken. i can understand possible that they may want to sell a complete pole with eleastic connected in it but a complet new set is just stupid.
Any one know if this is true or where can i get a single pole? (or even section)

They`ll be able to sort out a section but will need to know diam of the pole (It`ll will be stamped on it somewhere) What kind of DAC pole it is

Might be able to help, what kind of tent is it? We have a large stock of MHW tents, and therefore lots of spare bits, including pole sections

Is it the pole itself or the connector? I broke a connector and got spare ones from MHW in US. They were very helpful.
