Hey everyone!

I'll be hitting the peak district soon for the first time and was wondering which boulder areas you would definitely recommend? I do have guides (as well for Yorkshire) but obviously the choice is simply insane!!!
Grades don't matter for now, I'll figure that one out soon

Thanks so much!!

The grades will matter a bit in terms of your choice, for example, if you climb in the high 6's Rubicon and Raven Tor are probably not good suggestions!

In reply to maedi: burbage south has a nice beginners circuit where you can figure out which grades are going to suit

Boulders at Roaches and at Stanage Plantation are obvious ones

Burbage south, stanage plantation and the roaches probably have the best variety and quality.

Enjoy!

Caley

In reply to maedi: Caley is near Leeds but is amazing for bouldering, really amazing.

In the Peak I like the problems on the main edge at Curbar, not on trackside boulder but on the actual cliff itself.

Obviously Plantation, Roaches, Burb south etc are great too.
