Off to the alps for the first time in a month or so,specifically Arolla and Saas Fee. Whilst can anyone recommend any regularly updated websites about conditions. For example mountain guides that blog on their websites. I've know loads for scottish winter but none for alpine climbing. Thanks

In reply to ralphio: yes, i'd seen there was still a load of snow. We're not going till the end of July so hoping things will have improved a bit. Wanted to bookmark a a few websites so i can use them for condition reports while we're out there.

In reply to ralphio: Cold and snowing in Saas. I have just lit the fire. Should be interesting to see what happens in the next few week. Basically in saas the summer approx 6 weeks late.

In reply to ralphio: It's cold and there's lots of snow but usually by this time of year we're all complaining it's too hot and dry. Conditions are good for lots of routes. My blog will have some Arolla stuff by July I think. I'll be in the Oberland this week.
