Hard to judge the judges though, when we haven't seen the the entrants. Haven't most of of us (photographers/artists) received a metaphorical kicking from a lecturer or editor at some point or another and often in front of a class/office of contemporaries? Never comfortable, but usually instructive - if only to illustrate that we're on totally the wrong track?
