Cheese and wine

A different idea to the 'cover versions' thread; cheese and wine.

You're invited to nominate two songs or tracks representing cheesiness - something that's trying too hard or just sounds insincere or fake - and the finest wine, something that in your opinion is as good as it gets.

What's your old sock that even the environmental health people won't touch, and the Pol Roger that has your inner connoisseur smacking its lips and proclaiming that there has never, ever, been a better vintage than this?

I have to admit that my limit of only one cheesy song is making choice difficult...

I was going to say Trombone Shorty for cheese, but it seems he's become a bit more refined so this isn't so bad:

But compared to Tommy Dorsy for wine it doesn't compare:

In reply to Jon Stewart: Interesting choices. I do have a soft spot for Chumbawamba for their use of some of John Cooper Clarke's Evidently Chicken Town* on the insert sleeve of their CD though.
