Probably got more important things to do than forcing coastal dwellers to allow people to walk through their gardens.

Because that's what's happened with CROW, or the Welsh coastal path, come to that?

Where's that route?
In reply to HelenHarrison:

It's that pinnacle near Sennen, isn't it? In Irish Lady Cove.

In reply to johncoxmysteriously: Is it terriers tooth?
In reply to toad:

It's most definitely Terrier's Tooth. No problems with access here, at least.

Oops, I'd assumed it was implemented as planned. Does that mean I've still been trespassing at Lulworth all this time? For shame

In reply to trouserburp:

Nope - it's implemented from Lulworth to Weymouth now.

Plus most of the climbing at Lulworth (i.e. Stair Hole) is on CROW land too.

There's a Code of Practice for climbers at Lulworth - publication of this code helped us maintain access to this stretch of coastline when local landowners had objected to the MCA Act. Follow the link below and scroll down a bit!

Gardens are exempt. Next

In reply to Bulls Crack:

The article doesn't mention that the revised scheme has just been approved by Ministers - which is good news for coastal access - but pressure needs to be maintained. The Spending Review may bring changes
