I need to get out this weekend and really want to go for a nice jog/run over Snowdon or similar if anyone fancies it? I'm not looking to beast myself so anyone who's up for a brisk walk/jog/run(on the down sections!), let me know.

In reply to higherclimbingwales: Not offering to join you, but can I suggest an alternative? The whole round of the Carneddau starting over Drum, finishing over Craig yr Ysfa and on to the road to link back via Rowen.
