So yesterday I was at a BJJ class and somebody hyper extended my elbow. There was an audible pop. I immediately rested and iced it. No immediate pain, but within a few mins it started.
So yesterday was lots of icing and ibuprofen. Today I have pretty much a full range of motion, except that at both extremes (straight/bent) it's especially painful. It's painful if I load it or move it too quickly. If I lay my arm on a table palm up, the pain is located on the inside just below the elbow. It's also tender to the touch
Is there a risk of serious damage i.e should I go see a doctor?
Or should I just keep resting, icining and a gently moving it?
